At Kickin Sportswear, we want to ensure the most pleasant experience. If the products you received are not perfect, we’ll do everything we can to correct the issue.
Exact color matches can’t be guaranteed, and slight color inconsistencies are not considered defects. If the color variance is significant, we will accept returns. Please note that garment colors may appear different in person than they do online.
Non-custom items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for any reason. Please do note that you will be responsible for shipping costs on preferential returns. International customers will be responsible for paying and printing their own labels as we will be unable to provide return labels to customers outside of the USA.
Sublimated, Customized, Custom Decorated and closeout products cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or an error. Products damaged due to customer use cannot be returned.
If a product is defective, please contact us at -------- within 90 days of the order’s delivery date. If you received the wrong garments or incorrect art designs, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us of the issue.
Please have your order number available when you contact us. When returning your order, we ask that you use the same box the goods were delivered in.
